Salesforce AppExchange, a successful arm of the salesforce’s many offerings, struggled with branding and messaging, missing out on even larger opportunities. A brand awareness campaign was in order, along with a rebranding of the site. Ten of AppExchange’s top partners were engaged to participate, each contributing half the campaign’s cost. The results, which included ten sub-branded videos as well as digital ads, generated more than a half a million views — the most ever in Salesforce history.
In addition to the success of the videos, AppExchange’s partner apps have nearly doubled. Brand awareness increased, allowing the partners in the subsequent campaign to further their reach with thousands of leads generated.
